We assist with continence assessments and reviews, Medical Aid Subsidy Scheme (MASS) applications, continence trials, catheter management, bowel care (suppositories and enemas), colostomy and ileostomy care. We will partner with your GP and refer to other allied health professional as needed to ensure effective, discreet in home continence management.

Our nurses can provides assistance with daily and/ or PRN medication regimes, be it oral, insulin, subcutaneous, IM, IV and other routes of complex medication management as required to ensure effective chronic illness, palliation, pain and symptom management in the comfort of your own home. Liaison with your GP or specialist team is essential.
Convenient in home wound care can be provided on a daily, weekly or PRN (as needed) schedule. This includes diabetic ulcers, skin integrity assessments, pressure area management, palliative wounds and ongoing supervision and monitoring in partnership with your GP, wound clinic and / or NDIS, Home Care Package or DVA provider. Regular, professional nursing reports provided.
